By implementing user feedback, the Super Linton integrates advancements in driver technology, cabinet structure, and materials to elevate sound quality. At its heart is an eight-inch woven Kevlar bass driver, featuring an advanced motor system and large voice coil that extends bass as low as 32Hz, adding lifelike depth to your music.
This woofer has been paired with a five-inch midrange driver, also made from Kevlar, which balances low and high frequencies with warmth and clarity, allowing vocals and instruments to resonate. For the high frequencies, Wharfedale have employed a lightweight fabric dome tweeter inspired by its acclaimed Dovedale speakers. Coated in specialised damping material and backed by a ceramic magnet, this tweeter delivers smooth, well-dispersed highs that easily reproduce subtle musical details.
The cabinet's multi-layered MDF construction, bound by acoustic glue and damped to reduce vibration, ensures undistorted audio.
