Klarity Drivers
The core of the Diamond 12.3 lies in their dual five-inch Klarity mid/bass drivers. The Klarity material is engineered from polypropylene and mica to add incredible stiffness, allowing for low colouration, lightning-quick response, and remarkable mid and low-end sounds. A low-dampening surround maintains accurate movement of the cone and erases vibrations. This results in a flat response curve that ensures accurate sound reproduction.
High-Quality Tweeter
Constructed from woven polyester film with a high-loss coating, the 25mm textile dome tweeter is primed to deliver extended high frequencies. The flat front plate exposes the dome, helping to disperse sound more evenly and cleanly around the room, with a greater off-axis response and elevated SPL measurement, so you can enjoy clear sound no matter where you're sitting. The innovative crossover network, with acoustic LKR 24 dB topology, also ensures the tweeter harmonises seamlessly with the Klarity drivers for a balanced output.
Precision-Made Magnet System
The magnet system creates a stable magnetic field for precise driver movement, reducing distortion and enhancing sound dynamics. The high-performing voice coil diminishes eddy currents and increases the speaker's power-handling capabilities. Innovative Cabinet Construction
To further enhance sound quality, the speaker cabinets feature wooden braces positioned at key points prone to resonance.
