The Devialet Mania is a high-end wireless speaker designed to be portable and safe for both indoor and outdoor use. As well as a sturdy carrying handle, it is designed with IPX4 water resistance and the potential for up to 10 hours of battery life. Its cross-stereo architecture produces a seamlessly integrated stereo soundstage regardless of the positioning or direction of the speakers, ensuring an authentic stereo listening experience from any angle.

The Devialet Mania, as with all speakers from the brand, merges sophistication with functionality by bringing high-end sound quality and beautiful French design to the portable speaker category. Its convenient handle wraps around the circumference of the spherical speaker and features control buttons built-in—power buttons on one side, and volume on the other. This sturdy portability feature makes it easy to transport the Mania between both in and outdoor settings. That’s right, being IPX4 rated means the Mania is resistant to light water exposure such as rain showers or splashes next to a pool. Enjoy music on the go for up to 10 hours from a single charge thanks to the built-in battery, chargeable via the USB-C cable included. Despite all its features and sound quality, the Mania only weighs 2.3kg, further supporting its portable nature.
Push-Push the Bass
Devialet is all about that bass, and despite its small and portable nature, the Mania is no exception. Witness this in its push-push woofers, configured to cancel out vibration for deep bass that’s devoid of distortion. On top of this visible bass motion, SAM® technology optimises audio signals to perfectly suit the drivers housed within. The original recording you input will emerge free from distortion and with boosted bass. There is no need for an additional subwoofer with the Mania as this little speaker gives other, larger speakers a run for their money.
Say Hello to Alexa
Having both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth capability makes the Mania suitable for streaming indoors or outdoors. But it doesn’t stop there! If you’re used to controlling the modern smart technologies of your home by voice, the Mania can fit right in. While connected to Wi-Fi, simply ask “Alexa” to carry out a command on your Mania speaker, eliminating the need for manual track skipping or volume control. If this isn’t your style, don’t worry, you can also control the Mania via the Devialet app for iOS and Android, or via the buttons built into the sides of the speaker handle.
Active Stereo Calibration
Devialet uses the word ‘metamorphic’ when describing the Mania speaker. This encapsulates the speaker’s ability to adapt to its surroundings, whether in your home or out and about. Thanks to Active Stereo Calibration (ASC) and adaptive cross stereo, sound from the Mania will morph to suit the space. Four room-calibrating microphones use intelligence programming to map the surroundings and adapt sound accordingly. Plus, with its 360° stereo architecture, Mania projects out and reaches you from any position for an effortless sound experience.
