Mid/Bass Driver

Whichever 3000i model you choose the cone is precision formed from impregnated and coated paper and teamed with a newly developed, low-hysteresis, rubber surround. The coated paper cone provides the optimum balance between stiffness and self- damping which means it can accelerate without flexing and stop very accurately without unwanted resonances.

High-Frequency Driver

3000i Series tweeters are decoupled from the baffle via a compliant suspension system. Vibrations from the woofer, which can impair the performance of the tweeter are isolated allowing the tweeter to perform with dramatically reduced interference.

Mounting Options

Dedicated 3000FSi speaker stands and 3000WB wall brackets are available to purchase separately. The wall bracket features tilt and turn capability, while the speaker stands have been designed to specifically fit the 3010i and 3020i speakers. They even bolt to the bottom of the speakers for extra stability.

Point To Point Bracing

Q Acoustics P2P™ (Point to Point) bracing across the 3000i series supports the parts of the enclosure that need to be stiffened making the new enclosures exceptionally rigid, improving the focus of the stereo image and giving the soundstage more accuracy than ever before.

Optimised HDMI

The Marantz Cinema 70s Slimline AVR comes outfitted with the latest 8K / 60Hz HDCP2.3 HDMI video outputs for high detail screens. Six HDMI inputs are included overall, with three supporting native 8K playback and the other three supporting 4k / 120Hz, both an essential for high framerate gameplay or fast paced sporting action, with 8K upscaling available for 4K / 1080p UHD content.

The Cinema receiver range falls into line with Marantz’s modern design philosophy. Constructed from premium materials, the Cinema series evokes an industrial aesthetic, revolutionising the look of your home theatre. The slimline model is perfect for smaller cinema rooms or integration into HiFi racks whilst still providing an immersive, comprehensive sound.

Pre-out Configurations

The Marantz Cinema 70s AV Receiver features 7.2 channel pre-out processing, offering complete upgradability across your home audio. Connect external power amplifiers to channel more power hungry speakers or even designate zoneable audio for multi-room processing. Enough of wires though, why not try wireless? The Cinema range is fully compatible with HEOS multiroom speakers, letting the music follow you wherever you go in your home.

Connected to Your Music

As well as HDMI, the Marantz Cinema 70s slimline receiver lets you connect audio sources in a variety of ways, whether playing through CD players, radio, dedicated network streamers or even USB drives with lossless file formats including FLAC HD, WAV and ALAC. You will also find a dedicated phono (MM) input with grounding pin for simple connection to a record player. Whatever your taste, make it easy.

Limitless Gaming

The Marantz Cinema 70s doesn’t lack for the gaming experience either. Let your console perform at its peak with ALLM (Auto Low-Latency Mode) passthrough, optimising your screens settings to display the lowest lag possible. Gone are the days of screen tear and jitter. VRR (Variable Refresh Rates) and QFT (Quick Frame Transfer) are also supported, promoting smooth, distraction free operation.
