The product price includes 5 years' warranty and 30 day money back guarantee.

However, the AV.com extended warranty scheme provides an enhanced service, and is designed to offer a higher level of protection than many 'free' warranties offered by some retailers and manufacturers.

  • Warranty is extended to 10 years from the date of delivery.
  • Our Money Back guarantee is extended from 30 days to 60 days (terms apply after 30 days)
  • Collection and delivery costs are included for the first 2 years in the event of an item becoming faulty
  • Claim 50% cash back on the cost of the policy after 10 years if it has not been used!
  • Warranty is transferable if the item is re-sold

De-crackling

Make your records sound like new with the NRS Box’s ‘De-crackle’ function. Take control of this using the in-built potentiometer with reduction of up to 8 dB. This filters the signal and uses an algorithm to identify the crackles to ensure you have the smoothest listening experience.

Vinyl Noise Reduction System

Got a noisy record? Not a problem, the Vinyl Noise Reduction System (VNRS) uses expanders to increase your signal-to-noise ratio, reducing noise by up to 8 dB and bringing you the clearest audio possible.

Integrate into your home setup

Simply connect your phono preamp and amplifier, power on and you’re ready to go! Have a particular record that already sounds great? Simply power off the box and it will be completely bypassed.
