Striking Tonearm

The striking 12" Signature tonearm is a unique Pro-Ject design. Made from metal and aluminium alloys, the single-pivot tonearm offers an excellent vertical tracking angle and mounting distance settings to optimise the sound of your vinyl. Thanks to internal damping material and a low resonance design, this high-end tonearm has reduced bearing friction and will get the most out of any cartridge. The belt drive flywheel setup is driven by external drive motors that reduce vibrations and help to produce an unforgettable sound. The Signature 12 also lets you play all your records at 33 and 45 RPM, which can be seamlessly controlled through the LCD display screen.

MDF Chassis

The Signature 12 houses an MDF chassis that is filled with steel granules to enable high density and unrivaled rigid stability. The four powerful magnetic feet, which are lined with Sorbothane pillows, will decouple the chassis from the surface and is perfect for reducing resonance and limiting any unwanted vibrations so you can hear your music clearly. The result is a successful combination of the 'high-mass' and 'floating turntable' design principles. This 'floating' turntable allows you to get immersed in records like never before and creates a sound that is unmatchable in this price range.

High-Performing Platter

The Signature 12 houses a heavy, magnetic floating main platter that makes little noise and rotates on an inverted ceramic main bearing with almost no friction at all. The main platter is machined from a specially selected, resonance-optimised metal alloy, which is internally lined with damping material and topped with melted vinyl records. This brings immense stability to your records with the Signature Record Puck allowing for extra security. The Signature 12 turntable can be connected to your amplifier through the gold-plated RCA connectors that are sure to transmit optimal audio signals.
