AudioQuest have built on their fine reputation for analogue video cables with their excellent Forest high speed HDMI cable. Constructed from superior long grain copper, each conductor is coated with silver for improved conductivity.
AudioQuest Forest HDMI cables 10 metres and above feature improved reliability, and the necessity of being able to transfer HDMI 2.0 and 18Gbps. These Active HDMI cables are 2.0 4K+HDR that sound and look every bit as good as their shorter passive siblings.

Solid 0.5% silver conductors eliminate strand interaction distortion and reduce jitter. Solid silver-plated conductors are excellent for very high frequency applications, like HDMI audio and video. These signals, being such a high frequency, travel almost exclusively on the surface of the conductor. As the surface is made of high-purity silver, the performance is very close to that of a solid silver cable, but priced much closer to solid copper cable.
