10 YEAR EXTENDED WARRANTY SCHEME

The product price includes 5 years' warranty and 30 day money back guarantee.

However, the AV.com extended warranty scheme provides an enhanced service, and is designed to offer a higher level of protection than many 'free' warranties offered by some retailers and manufacturers.

The highlights of this enhanced warranty service are:

  • Warranty is extended to 10 years from the date of delivery.
  • Our Money Back guarantee is extended from 30 days to 180 days (terms apply after 30 days)
  • Collection and delivery costs are included for the first 2 years in the event of an item becoming faulty
  • Claim 50% cash back on the cost of the policy after 10 years if it has not been used!
  • Warranty is transferable if the item is re-sold
  • Loan or replacement equipment will be provided if the product isn't repaired within 30 days

The cabinet is a smoothly curved affair, but there’s not much of it. And the mid/bass driver is just 10cm in diameter. There’s nothing trivial about the way the Dalis go about their business though. Timing, detail levels and frequency-range integration all impress, but it’s their sheer musicality that marks these out as five-star performers.

Measuring just 25 x 15 x 23cm, the DALI MENUET is a compact loudspeaker with the performance characteristics of a far larger design. It delivers clean, well-defined bass, an open and natural midrange, and crisp high frequencies with excellent detail retrieval. This combination allows it to maintain musical integrity even in smaller spaces. The 4.5” woofer and oversized soft dome tweeter have been developed to extract maximum detail and dynamics from music.
