Constantly having to get up and go to your speaker to skip songs or change settings can be tedious at times, but with the Sonos ONE you can enjoy hands-free control with support for both Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant. Sonos ONE comes with Amazon Alexa built-in, allowing you to play songs, change the volume, check the news and even set appointments; with just your voice. The ONE Smart Speaker utilises a far-field microphone array that uses complex beamforming and multi-channel echo cancellation to ensure your voice is always picked up – no matter where you are in the room.

Studio quality sound for your home

Sonos have cemented their reputation in the home audio world, renowned for their stunning audio quality and immersion. Carrying the legacy on is the Sonos ONE – a compact yet highly powerful speaker. The ONE delivers rich and detailed sound thanks to the combination of the crisp sound of the tweeter and the powerful mid and low-end response of the woofer. At the heart of the ONE Smart Speaker are two Class-D digital amplifiers that provide power to each of the individual drivers. The amplifiers have been custom-tuned to accentuate the audio performance of the speaker, ensuring the best possible audio fidelity

Wi-Fi audio streaming

Unlike conventional home speakers, the Sonos ONE doesn’t use Bluetooth to stream music. Instead, the speaker utilises Wi-Fi connectivity so you can play your favourite music and/or playlists from a range of popular streaming apps. You can stream directly from Spotify, TIDAL, Amazon Music, Audible and Pandora. Not only that, but if you have an iOS device you can send sound directly from your device via AirPlay 2.

Touch Controls

Onboard touch controls make it easy to navigate between the various settings, featuring controls for play, pause, volume up/down, skip and more. You can even connect your speaker directly to the internet using the Ethernet port on the rear of the speaker.

Sonos app

The ONE is simple and easy to use and made that much easier using the Sonos app available for your smartphone/tablet device. Using the Sonos app you can connect to all your streaming services to play your favourite music instantaneously. The app will also take you through step-by-step instructions to get yourself set up and stream your favourite music and audiobooks in no time.

Trueplay

You can optimise the speaker’s audio performance by fine-tuning the sound to the unique acoustics of your room. Trueplay (iOS device required) will measure the acoustic properties of the room you're in and automatically tune the speaker to deliver the best possible sound quality, no matter where you place it.

Pairing your Sonos ONE Gen 2s

Pairing Sonos One SL speakers together allows you to enjoy a wider and more immersive soundstage, with left and right channel separation just like traditional Hi-Fi, when listening to your favourite music or other audio content at home.
