Envelop yourself in a pure vinyl sound by connecting the Bronze 500s and E1 Turntable to the Audiolab 7000A amplifier. The Pro-Ject E1 Turntable is an entry-level record player handcrafted in Europe from premium, anti-resonance materials. It's a belt-driven model with 33 and 45 RPM speed capabilities, featuring a pre-mounted Ortofon OM-5E moving magnet cartridge. The cartridge is factory-set for downforce and anti-skate settings, attached to a lightweight tonearm with a fixed headshell.
The Audiolab 7000A Integrated Stereo Amplifier is a sleek and impressive amplifier for a premium home music system. It features a class AB setup with 110W output at 4ohms, a 250VA toroidal transformer, and a built-in phono pre-amp. The ES9038Q2M DAC enhances your digital audio files, backed up by an incredible frequency response from 20Hz-20kHz. Other features include the built-in certified hardware MQA full decoder, Bluetooth 5.0 support, and a dedicated current feedback headphone amp.
The Monitor Audio Bronze 500 Floorstanding Speakers feature Ceramic-Coated Aluminium Magnesium drive units, HiVe II bass-reflex rear ports and a large streamlined design. They come with a matching magnetic grille, outrigger feet kit and a choice between floor spikes or rubber pads for stability.

The Pro-Ject E1 represents the benchmark for entry-level turntables. An extensive development process ensures high sound quality for the price point and keeps components premium for the longevity of your vinyl collection. An ABS polymer main platter and stylish CNC-machined composite fibre plinth (with no hollow spaces) prevent needle jumping, thereby protecting your records while contributing to rich, characterful sound. The E1 offers a dampened DC motor for a smoother sound and minimal motor interference. With the E1 you can also alternate between 33 and 45 RPM effortlessly thanks to the electronic speed change.
Straight out of the box, you're enabled to start enjoying your favourite records. The lightweight and low friction 8.6“ aluminium tonearm comes optimised for the Ortofon OM5e cartridge. Moreover, with pre-adjusted tracking force and anti-skating, you're assured of the best settings for your turntable immediately; just sit back and enjoy what your records have to offer. The E1 is equipped with fixed turntable-ready phono cables and a phono-level output so you can seamlessly connect to a phono stage (sold separately) and elevate the sound of your vinyl.
A robust DC motor enables easy control and silent operation so you can hear your favourite music as clearly as possible. With an acrylic dust cover attached via adjustable hinges, easily shield your records from dust and grit while not in use. By doing so you'll keep your vinyl sounding better for longer. The E1's belt-drive design will also help to absorb shock and dampen vibrations. Handmade in Europe, the E1 turntable, as with all Pro-Ject turntables, is perfected by experts for the best vinyl performance. Rather than being mass-produced in a factory, care goes into every component.
The 7000A has a discrete Class AB power amp stage which delivers 70W per channel into eight ohms, and a maximum current delivery of 9A amps for difficult loads. Superior linearity and excellent thermal stability are ensured with the output stage of the discrete power amp circuits using a CFB topology. The amp stays in firm control of the music with excellent dynamic range, helped by the 250VA toroidal transformer and the 4x15000uF reservoir capacity.
Cover all bases with high quality for all: For CD players and line-level sources, you have dual analogue inputs; for digital sources, dual Coaxial and SPDIF inputs; and for wireless audio playback and smart devices, you have a Bluetooth aptX receiver. Plus, the HDMI Audio Return Channel (ARC) connection allows you to seamlessly enhance your TV audio, with a direct-to-PC connection via USB as well, for all your home entertainment.
The 7000A's ESS ES9038Q2M chip finetunes the introduction of low-loss digital audio files into your home audio system. It utilises both 32-bit HyperStream architecture and Time Domain Jitter Eliminator from ESS Technology. Plus, it has ultra-low noise and a high dynamic range thanks to a post-DAC filter based on class A topology and its proprietary DC-coupled high-gain electronic amp.
The 7000A offers full decoding for MQA, a hi-res streaming technology with a completely limited loss of detail. This means that the 7000A completes the 'three unfold' decoding process internally, instead of a final unfold in a final MQA 'renderer', resulting in superior sounding, studio-quality audio streaming from services such as Tidal.
Connecting a turntable setup with a moving magnet cartridge? The 7000A comes with an enhanced, integrated phono stage, with RIAA equalisation and an improved low-noise MM phono circuit. The same can be said for this amp's dedicated headphone output, which has current-feedback circuitry, gain bandwidth and a high slew rate, ensuring detailed and engaging performance.
The 7000A includes an improved display and GUI, so you can more easily visualise your settings. It can be set to show a VU meter in either analogue or digital form. Furthermore, the GUI also has settings for the digital phase lock loop of the D/C converter.
The eight-inch drivers have been revised for the Bronze 6G range. Using lightweight C-CAM materials in line with a conical-shaped diaphragm, DCM technology and a larger diameter voice coil, the Bronze 500s perform more accurately and dynamically no matter what you’re listening to. Either with or without a subwoofer, the grooved HiVe II rear ports enhance bass thanks to faster, smoother cabinet airflow and minimised distortion.
Whether as the centrepiece of your home theatre or stereo system, you have to love that signature Monitor Audio sound. The C-CAM gold dome tweeter has been redesigned for improved time alignment and a lower crossover frequency, enabling a smoother transition between drive units. This united voice combines with the new UD waveguide, which not only allows greater positioning flexibility but gives your speaker system a unique look.
The Bronze 500s use refined waveguide geometry throughout their design and share much of this technology with the rest of the Bronze series. Developing a tonally matched surround sound speaker system is key to complete immersion. Thanks to their sturdy outrigger feet and height-adjustable spike or rubber pads, the Bronze 500s create a level platform to perch the Bronze AMS Atoms speakers on top of them, complete with matching finishes.
