The Dali Opticon MK2 5.1 Surround Sound Speaker Package is a pioneering speaker system that delivers DALI's unique sound. This package includes four Opticon 1 MK2 Bookshelf Speakers and a Vokal MK2 Centre Speaker, delivering a wide-reaching sound with the help of SMC technology, bass-reflex enclosures, and optimal crossover frequencies. The Opticon 1's 4.75 mid-range seamlessly complements the Opticon Vokal's hybrid tweeter design to produce an incredible soundstage. Upgrading the low-frequencies, this speaker package is also equipped with the E-12F Subwoofer, utilising its 12-inch driver to create a rigid bass response that you will relish.

View Full DescriptionThe DALI Opticon 1 MK2 Bookshelf Speakers offers a two-way design with a 29mm soft dome tweeter, a 4.75-inch driver, and an SMC magnet motor system to promote a thrilling sound. The OPTICON series has been at the heart of the DALI range for over five years and has brought exceptional DALI performance into the homes of countless music lovers and audiophiles.
The DALI Opticon Vokal MK2 Centre Speaker will act as the focal point of any speaker system. Boasting a hybrid tweeter system that marries the CALLISTO-derived 29 mm soft dome with a custom 17 x 45 mm ribbon, the Opticon Vokal offers excellent dispersion and sound clarity. The twin letterbox-style reflex ports face forward to enable the OPTICON VOKAL MK2 to be enclosed in furniture units. Flaring is less critical on a system designed primarily for voice reproduction, which allows for slim reflex ports in a compact enclosure without affecting performance. This compact, MDF design is also fitted with a 6.5-inch mid-range, 47 - 30,000Hz frequency response, and four ohms impedance to transmit commanding audio.
The DALI E-12F Subwoofer marks a new stage of what is possible at this level of subwoofers. The E-12 F subwoofer by DALI features a 12-inch woofer, capable of moving plenty of air with power and precision. The cone is made from pure aluminium for maximum stiffness and a becoming exterior. Furthermore, the heavy magnet system wields a massive 4-layer, long-stroke voice coil. All in all, the heavy-duty abilities of this 'motor system' ensure that the woofer always follows the signal from the amplifier.
At the heart of this subwoofer is the 170W RMS Class D amplifier with a highly linear response. Embracing a classic DALI trademark, it simply acts as a total low-frequency extension of your AV system. The result is a powerful, well-balanced bass reproduction and flawless integration with your speakers. In addition, the integrated limiter helps protect your subwoofer against overloading.
