Delivery options, prices and time-scales are displayed in your shopping basket and are updated according to the basket contents. You will see a list of delivery options with prices, and a calendar which provides an estimated delivery date.
Estimated delivery dates are stated for every product, and will vary depending on stock status and the delivery service you select. Whilst we cannot guarantee either estimated delivery dates or the date you select using the calendar facility, the vast majority of orders are delivered on the date stated.
If you live in a remote area, it may take longer to deliver your order and some delivery services may not be available. You will be advised if the delivery date and service needs to change when you log-in or enter your address details during checkout.
We will send you an email (or SMS text if you prefer and opt-in to this service after checking out) to confirm when an order leaves our warehouse. If for any reason your order is not dispatched within the estimated timescale, we will send you an email or SMS text with a revised delivery date.
We dispatch with a range of leading couriers including DPD, DHL, TNT, and Parcel force we have a wide range of delivery service options than can be selected from the shopping basket, depending on the size and weight of your order.

For Click & Collect orders, you can enter your postcode and select a local delivery location, which may include convenience stores and other retail stores. If you order before 4pm, your order will be available to collect the following afternoon. Please note, you cannot use PayPal as the payment method when using Click & Collect as the delivery option.
For orders placed by Credit Card or Debit Card: If the details you enter pass all of our security checks, you may be offered the option of changing the delivery address once a transaction has been processed. We may reject orders when according to our security checks, the address you have provided does not match the card holder's address - this is to help prevent credit card fraud.
For orders placed by PayPal: Currently, we can only deliver to the address that is confirmed in PayPal.
For orders placed by bank transfer: We can deliver to any address you choose, providing the funds have cleared in our bank.
You may place an order over the telephone for collection from our showroom, but if you intend to pay by credit or debit card, you will be required to pay for the goods in person when you collect.
Please note: 'In Stock' figures quoted on this website represent the total stock quantity we have available for next day delivery when ordered online. These items are also available to view or collect from our showroom. If you intend to visit our showroom and view or purchase a product, please feel free to call us on 01706 878444 to arrange for the product to be easily available when you visit.
The courier should leave a card to let you know they tried to deliver. They will usually try to deliver again the next day, but alternatively, you can contact them directly using the details they provide on the card, to arrange a different delivery day.
This is a very rare occurrence, but occasionally things do go wrong. Please send an email to [email protected] including your customer account code or order number, and let us know the details of the problem. We will collect the incorrect item from you, and arrange to get the correct item sent out to you as quickly as possible.
If you select a standard weekday delivery, your item could be delivered anytime between 8am and 6pm. Sorry, but we can't track your order on the actual day of delivery to provide you with a more accurate time. If you need a more accurate delivery time, please select one of the timed delivery options available from the shopping basket.
Please keep hold of all the original packaging until you are sure you want to keep the goods. When you are sure that you want to keep the item, we encourage you to recycle the packaging that your order is supplied in. Most packaging is recyclable but it will need to be separated and sorted. Please check locally which types of packaging are in your area easy to recycle at home and which need to be taken to special collection points. Unfortunately, some packaging items might not recyclable in your area and must be put in the general rubbish bin.
